Richmond Restaurant Group has opened its eighth restaurant–and its second in Short Pump–as West Coast Provisions opened its doors this week in the GreenGate shopping center.
Headed by executive chef Trevor Knotts, the menu features influences from the Pacific Rim including crab cakes, sushi, Mexican street food, and more–and is a sister concept to East Coast Provisions in Carytown.
The 175-seat restaurant at 301 Maltby Boulevard joins The Daily, another one of the company’s restaurants, which opened last year. It features a large bar and seating area, outdoor patio, and fireplace.
