Are you concerned about traffic in the Museum District? Do ever feel unsafe crossing the street or riding your bike? The MDA is hosting an important meeting regarding traffic hot spots in the neighborhood this Thursday to address this and other concerns.
More than 50 people showed up, many of whom aired frustrations over construction and loss of parking, for a public meeting held by Richmond City Councilwoman Kim Gray to give an update about construction and completion of the GRTC Pulse bus rapid transit project.
The city is following in the footsteps of many larger cities that have swapped out traditional, orange-glowing bulbs for LEDs, which glow bright white, use significantly less energy, and last up to 18 years longer than their predecessors.
