Ice cream lovers have a reason to celebrate as Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams has opened its 67th location and the first in the city. The new store in the Carytown Exchange shopping center offers Jeni’s signature ice cream made from scratch using a recipe that has been perfected over two decades.

Founder Jeni Britton started the company 20 years ago and worked to create a unique ice cream experience, one that has a smooth texture and buttercream body with bright flavors and a clean finish. “Jeni’s is here to set new standards for classic ice cream and to create its own,” the company said in a news release. “The flavors are inspired by art, history, pop culture, and beyond, with unique creations that are not available anywhere else.”
