Veil Brewing Co. shares renderings, more detailed plans for new Forest Hill location
Ground has been broken on The Veil’s second location, which will feature guest beers, wine, cider, and a food program run by Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant.
The Veil Brewing Co. has (pardon the pun) lifted the veil on more details surrounding its second location in Forest Hill. The brewery, which began in Scott’s Addition, shared renderings of the forthcoming building from Fultz & Singh Architects.
The two-story location will feature a rooftop deck and a full food program run by popular Midlothian restaurant Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant. Beverage-wise, this location of The Veil will also feature guest beers, ciders, and wines.
The entire project will be two separate buildings. One building will be dedicated to The Veil’s taproom and kitchen operations. The other building will have a lower retail level featuring Charm School a market, a coffee shop, and a fitness studio. Above the retail section will be two levels of apartments as well.
The project is expected to wrap in the first half of 2020.
