Be a food vendor for the 2018 Richmond Folk Festival

I started my 2017 Richmond Folk Festival with India K’ Raja. I’m pretty sure I ended my 2017 Richmond Folk Festival with India K’ Raja. I’m more than willing to give something a new a shot.

Obviously, the main draw of the Richmond Folk Festival is the music. Nobody, however, can check out dozens of artists on an empty stomach. Last year there were more than 200,000 stomachs looking for fuel.

If you’re a food vendor you might be able to take advantage of all that hunger by becoming a food vendor.

Applications are now open for food and beverage vendors for this year’s Richmond Folk Festival.

Just so you know a little of what they’re looking for in applicants.

Food Concessionaire applications will be assessed using the following categories:

  • Ethnic Foods
  • Virginia/Regional Foods
  • Snacks/Desserts
  • “Fair” Foods
  • Other Main Dishes
