Red Salt Chophouse & Sushi, the newest restaurant concept from the folks behind EAT Restaurant Partners, opened in Short Pump this past weekend.

The new concept, which opened in the GreenGate development near Short Pump Town Center, focuses on sushi and features a wide variety of rolls, plus a number of steaks and chops.

The eclectic space is bright and open, and features a special events room that can accommodate up to 80 people.

Red Salt is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and is located at 12221 W. Broad Street in Short Pump. View the full menu and learn more here.
