A new fast casual restaurant specializing in made-to-order salads, soups, and grain bowls is now open in Carytown. The Good Leaf Salad Market opened its doors late last week.

Located at 2925 W. Cary Street in Carytown, The Good Leaf features a salad bar where guests can order one of the restaurant’s many salads featuring fresh greens, proteins, and seafood–or make their own. A selection of soups and grain bowls is also available. The restaurant also features its own line of house-made, fruit-infused waters (and they’re giving them out free through today as part of their grand opening).

Owned and operated by first-time restaurateur and Richmonder Charles Ellen, The Good Leaf is open for lunch and dinner service.
