Ironclad Coffee Roasters to debut new Reserve Series Thursday

We’re rolling out the inaugural offering of our brand new reserve line of coffees. Named for our very own Virginia gentleman — Tolliver Spottswood Green — this ongoing series of exceptional coffees from some of the finest farms in the world. These selections will exhibit truly outstanding flavor profiles and memorable coffee experiences.

The first offering in the series will be a naturally processed coffee from Gold Mountain Coffee Growers in Nicaragua which we fondly refer to as simply, “The Don.” As an added treat and to help us celebrate the rollout of “Tolliver’s Reserve,” we’ll be joined by Mr. Ben Weiner of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. He will present the incredible work being done by the Gold Mountain growers — both in terms of the coffee quality and the social impact being seen at origin.

As always, we insist that magnificent coffee doesn’t need to be stuffy and pretentious; rather, it should be fun and enjoyable. As Tolliver is wont to say, “No fimble-famble.”

Ironclad is located at 2904 W. Moore Street in Scott’s Addition; the debut event takes place from 7:00 – 8:00 PM.
