The move follows Martin's withdrawl from the Richmond market, marking the end of an exclusivity agreement between the grocer and the Richmond-based business.
The job fair comes as cross-town rival Martin's prepares to shutter stores and lay off workers as the stores are converted to Publix supermarkets.
The event will take place at the company's training center on Staples Mill Road on Tuesday.
The online service, ClickList, allows customers to shop for groceries online and pick them up in-store.
