Richmond BizSense.com has the details but you can probably guess what is going up.

As long as I have been exploring the area the Lighthouse Diner located at 1228 Hull Street has captured my imagination. It looks exactly what I diner should look like. I always got my hopes up with the many rumors of renovation (2002 story, 2007 story, 2014 story) but ultimately was left disappointed when no action took place. The diner has steadily decayed and now will be put out of its misery.

RichmondBizSense.com has the details.

The building’s new owner, Haris Design & Construction Co., which bought the property from a Hild-related entity at auction last year, filed a plan of development last week for a 24,000-square-foot mixed-use building on the site that would include street-level commercial space and 24 apartments above it.
