Councilwoman Kristen Larson Hosting 2nd Annual 4th District Ice Cream Social

You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream. No real reason to scream, just line up in a nice orderly line and you’ll get your ice cream.

Please join me on Sunday, August 26th from 4:00-5:00 pm for my 2nd Annual 4th District Ice Cream Social at Forest Hill Park (near the Old Stone House) featuring Gelati Celesti! This is a fun and casual family event, no agenda, just a chance to spend time with neighbors and eat ice cream.  Our friends from the Richmond Fire Department, Richmond Ambulance Authority and Richmond Parks & Rec will be on hand to add to the fun.  See you there!
