Traffic Alert: Powhite Parkway ramp to West Cary/Floyd to closed for bridge repairs

Powhite Parkway/Route 76 (Richmond) – Weather permitting, the ramp from Powhite Pkwy./Rt. 76 north to W. Cary St./Floyd Ave./Rt. 147 will be closed weeknights from 9 p.m.-6 a.m. beginning Monday, October 9 for bridge repairs.

Drivers are encouraged to use the posted detour

Powhite Parkway/Route 76 (Richmond) – Weather permitting, the ramp from Powhite Pkwy./Rt. 76 north to W. Cary St./Floyd Ave./Rt. 147 will be closed weeknights from 9 p.m.-6 a.m. beginning Monday, October 9 for bridge repairs.

Drivers should use the following posted detour through early November:

Take Patterson Ave./Grove Ave. exit to N. Thompson St. south to either Floyd Ave. or W. Cary St.
