Peruvian chicken rotisserie “Super Rico” opens on Wednesday

It’s time to try a new chicken spot.

I haven’t been able to find a website, Facebook page (other than this), or any other information, but as you can see by the sign Super Rico will be open this Wednesday. They’re going into the old Radio Shack at 2542 Sheila Lane near WalMart. I do know that I love Peruvian-style chicken, but we’ll see if they can knock off the king of this style, Chicken Fiesta. If someone swings by this week before me, please give us a report and perhaps a picture of the menu.

In related fowl news, America’s Best Wings has been open for a while in the old Five Guys. I haven’t swung by so we’re taking any and all chicken reviews in the comments.
