Richmond will soon have its first dedicated plug-and-play video podcast rental studio with the launch of Signal House. The studio officially soft launches this week, offering creators a professional space with high-quality cameras, lighting, audio, and multiple sets ready for recording.

Signal House, located in Richmond, is designed to simplify the podcast and video recording process. Clients can walk in, sit down, and record in a fully equipped studio without needing to handle setup or gear. Within 24 hours, participants receive professional-grade session files. Each recording includes three camera angles, microphones, lighting, an optional television display for logos or imagery, and the support of a studio engineer.

The space currently offers two sets, each accommodating up to two people, with a third set scheduled to open in mid-September that will seat up to four. Each set has its own distinct look, allowing clients to choose a background that best fits their project. Signal House is geared toward podcasters, small businesses, educators, realtors, and creative teams looking to produce content efficiently.

In addition to recording services, Signal House will provide add-on options for editing, social media clips, and brand packages. These packages include podcast identity development such as logo design, custom thumbnails, and more.
