Richmond INSPIRE

The City of Richmond’s first citywide park and recreation vision plan since the 1970s

It’s a long-term community-directed roadmap that informs decision making for the entire Parks, Recreation, and Community Facilities (PRCF) department. City departments have limited budgets and resources, so the system plan will assist PRCF with how and where to focus their limited resources and inform their Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

This is your first opportunity to be involved in the planning process. Richmond INSPIRE will offer a vision and roadmap for the Richmond park and recreation system. Share your experiences with the park system, what you love, and where the system could improve.

Thank you for spending 15-25 minutes on this survey. (Different survey from the one above.)

The final plan will be a tool used by PRCF and the community to understand how to have meaningful, positive impact on the city parks and recreation system.
