Virginia Pridefest Partying on Brown’s Island this Saturday

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender awareness and celebration will be the focus on Brown’s Island.

Planned and implemented by Virginia Pride, the Virginia Pridefest is a FREE, family-friendly day of festivities feature a variety of vendors, local eats, activities, and entertainment for a day of fun in the sun! The fun happens on Saturday, September 28th from noon to 8 PM.

There will be no lack of entertainment on the island.

Virginia Pride seeks to unite the segmented LGBT communities throughout the Commonwealth.  They strive to be a representative body of the LGBT Community in the Commonwealth of Virginia and also seek to standardize Pride for the Commonwealth of Virginia by holding a state-wide Annual PrideFest Celebration.
