Councilwoman Kristen Larson is hosting an ice cream social this Sunday for her constituents in the 4th District. The ice cream being served up is the incomparable Gelati Celesti.  The free treats will be passed out from 4-5:30 on Sunday in Forest Hill Park near the Old Stone House. Information was gleaned from the Facebook event.
