On Tuesday the General Assembly’s special session on gun violence begins. This session was called as a result of the mass shooting in Virginia Beach that killed 12.

Virginia Mercury has the best breakdown of what is being proposed.

Locally there are a pair of meeting to discuss the upcoming session.
