Happy Empanada Brick and Mortar Closed and I’m Unhappy

Happy Empanada Brick and Mortar Closed and I’m Unhappy

Earlier in the week, we talked about new food options coming into the area with Stella’s today we have to say goodbye to a tasty friend.

We were swinging by there for lunch today and greeted with the devastating sign you see above. A quick jaunt over to Facebook gave us this, we missed them by two days. I shall miss you my delicious empanada friends. Definitely a blow for those of us that work from home or in the area.

The reason for closure as stated on Facebook is simply not making enough money.

Happy Empanada its truly heartbreaking because I have put so much work into the place but I can’t continue to lose money. The truck is doing so well but can’t keep covering the bills for the store

The good news is that you’ll still be able to get the Empanadas from the truck the bad news is this is the 3rd or 4th food vendor to not survive in that spot.
