Before there can be a trail there must be a study. The Ashland to Petersburg Trail Study will identify a preferred corridor for a multi-use trail within the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico, cities of Colonial Heights, Petersburg and Richmond, and the Town of Ashland.

Part of that study is public meetings. One such meeting is tonight from 5:00–7:00 PM at Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School (1000 N. Lombardy Street). You can fill out this survey if you can’t make the meeting.
