Social 52 Grand Re-opening on Thursday

Grand opening is Thursday at 4 PM with Happy Hour, 24 taps including 4 cocktails and a slow drip Manhattan.

Social 52 (2619 W Main Street) has been closed for a big portion of the summer for renovations. More often than not when you see “closed for renovations” on a restaurant door you know that restaurant is going bye-bye. This is definitely not the case with Social 52. They are all spiffed up and ready to back serving up drinks and food (menu here).

The official word on Thursday is here:

We’re BACK from Summer Vacation!! Thursday September 13th is our Grand reopening celebration!!! It’s everything you’ve always loved about Social ….just better! Doors open at 4:00 for Happy Hour! 24 taps including 4 cocktails! And a slow drip Manhattan….no big deal! Join us for dinner for all of your favorites (just better) and some of Chef Sam’s personal favorites. Stay late with DJ Lady Syren! The wait is nearly over! It’s time to Eat. Drink. Be Social!

But a little birdie (alright their Facebook page) told me that you’ll be able to get a sneak peek tonight.
