Two new owners have taken the reigns of a long time West End jewelry store, and both are updating the business for a new generation.

Lustre By Adolf opened in the Ridge Shopping Center in Henrico’s West End last Friday. The store was co-founded by Robin Salzberg, daughter of Ronnie Adolf, who retired after 55 years and subsequently closed Adolf Jewelers.

Salzberg teamed up with long-time Adolf employee Daniel Wright to put a fresh new take on the jewelry business with a new name and new merchandise. It’s designed to appeal to a new generation of Richmonders, and at the same time continue the longstanding tradition created by the Adolf family.

Inventory covers the full spectrum of a wide customer base, from the clean and classic to edgy and contemporary. Lines range from $60 to over $60,000 and include JudeFrances, Kit Heath, Nasbro Designs, AUDAR, The Henderson Collection, ALOR, Hulchi Belluni, and Spark Creations.
