Hardywood to host grand opening of massive new West Creek brewery this weekend
Three days of grand opening celebrations at the new $28 million facility just west of Short Pump kick off Friday and continue through Sunday.

Hardywood Park Craft Brewery may have opened the doors to its huge new brewery in Goochland County a week ago, but the party really gets going this weekend with the grand opening of their West Creek location.
The $28 million project, just west of Short Pump, was built from the ground up and is a custom facility, unlike the brewery’s original location on Ownby Lane just east of Scott’s Addition.
The 55,000-square-foot building includes a 4,000-square-foot taproom, giant outdoor patio, space for ten food trucks adjacent to the patio, and will soon feature an outdoor ampitheater.
At opening, the brewery will have the output capacity of 35,000 barrels annually, and will have plenty room to grow.
For its grand opening weekend, Hardywood will host a myriad of food trucks and live music, Friday through Sunday.
