The Hop Craft Pizza & Beer Grand Opening is Friday
Put on your pizza bibs and get your drinking arm ready to go. There’s a new spot in the fan.
The Hop Craft Pizza & Beer is located at 1600 W. Cary Street and will be opening its doors tomorrow.
They have everything you’d expect from a pizza and beer joint.
We incorporate traditional American/Sicilian pizza making techniques with modern flavor profiles to produce a unique style of pizza that is all our own. All our dough is made in-house, fermented for at least 48 hours, and baked at 550o in a flat top gas deck oven. We use Stanislaus Tomato products, Grande Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese and All Trumps Flour, unless otherwise noted. All our pizzas are available with vegan cheese and/or gluten-friendly crust.

We’ll be open to the general public on Friday, April 6th and we’ll be offering draft beer specials all day to celebrate.

In addition to our draft list, our retail area will be stocked to the brim with tons of amazing craft beers, ciders, and wine.Unable to come in tomorrow? We’ve got you covered as we will also be delivering our full menu tomorrow. And remember, we’re able to deliver any of the items in our retail area as well, so we’ll even bring the beer!
