The Richmond Kickers this week announced that the iconic Carytown Market is relocating to nearby City Stadium. The only Sunday market, the Carytown Market will return April 22nd from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM, and will be open every Sunday through October.

Established in 2012 in Carytown, the Carytown Market is a member of the Capital Area Farmers Market Association and promotes and supports local farmers. In its new location, it will expand to include artisans, craftsmen, and musicians with an emphasis on providing fun-filled, family-friendly activities and educational attractions.

“I am excited to collaborate with the Richmond Kickers to create an exciting weekly market that will focus on the talents oftop-notchh farmers and artists from the Richmond area,” said event organizer Patrick Warner. “With so much local talent to pull from, The Carytown Market is gearing up to double in size.”

In addition to new vendors and activities, the market will continue to showcase mainstays such as Alfredo’s Honey, Do The Jerky, Lesley‘s Garden, Poor Georgie‘s Bakery Shop, and many other familiar favorites.
