The Community Foundation leaving The Boulders for Scott’s Addition
The nonprofit will share a building with Tazza Kitchen on Roseneath Road.
One of the most well-known nonprofits in the Richmond area is leaving its southside home of more than two decades to join the bustling Scott’s Addition neighborhood.
From Richmond BizSense:
Scott’s Addition has netted another notable office tenant, this time from the nonprofit sector.
The Community Foundation is preparing to move its headquarters from the Boulders office park, where it’s been for more than 20 years, to a recently developed building at 3405 W. Moore St.
The organization leased 15,000 square feet in the 106,000-square-foot building, which Thalhimer Realty Partners purchased for $4.1 million in 2016. Tazza Kitchen opened there late last year.
