RTD reports on 76-unit apartment building on Brookland Park Boulevard

The apartments will go up where currently a church stands.

A whole bunch of new neighbors could be moving onto Brookland Park Blvd.

Story posted on RTD:

Richmond City Council on Monday signed off on a special-use permit for Maryland-based developer Community Preservation and Development Corp. to build a 76-unit apartment building at 1224 E. Brookland Park Blvd., near Six Points on North Side.

“We’re getting our business corridor rebuilt and thriving,” said Ellen Robertson, the 6th District councilwoman who represents the area.
