White Lexus SUV Stolen tonight (From NextDoor)
Our white Lexus RX350 SUV with a prominent Trinity Episcopal School sticker on the back was Justin stolen at 7:45pm Saturday from the alley behind our house. We live at on the corner 43rd St. and New Kent Ave. The address of our house is 4210 New Kent Ave.

The Virginia license plate # is VBD-1594.

We have notified the police and a detective is on the case. Please let us know if you see anything that could be helpful. I can be reached at 804-314-2180 (mobile/text) or by email at [email protected] or by Twitter @brandsync.

Today there was an update on the suspects:

I just heard from the detective regarding my stolen vehicle. He said that there are gangs of teenagers as young as 15 coming from all over the region to our neighborhood and other neighborhoods looking to steal in an organized way. Besides catching them in the act, the most important thing is to get facial identification and pictures. When one group gets arrested more follow in line with the same activity so it’s a never ending problem unfortunately. Therefore the best thing we can do is to prevent. Perhaps the walkie talkie brigade can help us out with prevention. He also suggested that we can contact the 3rd Precinct Lieutenant and have address the neighborhood groups regarding the problem. In summary, we should watch out, get each other’s backs and take pictures of faces! Here is the contact information of the detective if you want to provide reports.
