Topgolf planning three story golf and entertainment complex near Scott’s Addition

Plans have been filed for a 55,000-square-foot golf and entertainment complex that would be build at 2308 Westwood Avenue just west of the Richmond City line.

Plans for a three-story golf entertainment complex have been filed for a property in Henrico County near Interstate 195 just outside the city limits.

An entity called 4100 Tomlynn Street-Rebkee LLC has filed plans for a proposed 55,450-square-foot, three-story golf entertainment complex at 2308 Westwood Ave. at Tomlynn Street, just north of West Broad Street.

Renderings included in an application submitted to the Henrico County Planning Department show Topgolf signage on a proposed facility that would include a bar and dining area and outdoor terraces. Its logo is also imprinted on some of the plans themselves.
