Black Sheep owner Kevin Roberts moving into Betty on Davis spot
Black Sheep and Betty on Davis are both gone but something new will arise from the ashes.
Last week we told you about Black Sheep closing down. There were rumors that owner Kevin Roberts had plans afoot to open a new spot. Those rumors are true and Richmond BizSense.com has the few details that exist. We don’t know the name or the menu, we do know there is a new color black and white color scheme but you’ll have to go to the article to check it out.
If you’re hoping for basically Black Sheep 2 I’ve got bad news for you.
Despite developing a following and being featured on the Travel Channel’s “Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America” in 2012, Roberts said, moving Black Sheep to another location was never in the plans.
“When I developed Black Sheep, I developed Black Sheep for that location, and moving it to another space wouldn’t feel right,” he said.
