Cider Celebration Celebrates Fall Fruit in Your Cup

Thousands of apples were smashed for your drinking pleasure. Don’t let their smashing be in vain.

Richmond kicks off Cider Week VA this weekend in Shockoe Bottom. This is the first event of this state-wide celebration that celebrates the apple in its liquid alcohol form.

Richmond Cider Celebration will take place Saturday, November 11th from 11am-4pm in Shockoe Bottom at 1615 East Broad Street.

In partnership with Virginia Cider Association, Enrichmond Foundation will bring together ten Virginia cideries, for your sipping pleasure.

Cideries include local cider rockstars Buskey and Blue Bee and these eight others:

These cideries will showcase their craft ciders, and local Richmond restaurant, The Savory Grain will be the featured food vendor and for something, sweet guests will be able to nibble on treats fromMama Crockett’s Cider Donuts.
