The Honorable Chris A. Hilbert, Councilman, Richmond City Council, Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District, will hold a meeting for the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District. The planned program/agenda for this meeting includes the following:

  • Richmond Department of Public Utilities: Cost of Services Presentation
  • Richmond Department of Fire and Emergency Services
