The school system is seeking highly energetic college graduates to provide small group intervention to students in kindergarten through third grade with demonstrated deficiencies in early reading skills.

Individuals must attend regular professional development and demonstrate proven instructional strategies to develop literacy skills. Compensation is $21 per hour with a bachelor’s degree; $16 per hour with an associate’s degree.
