New restaurants, retail coming to area near Innsbrook Shoppes later this year
The Dominion Shoppes at Innsbrook will be located along W. Broad Street at the corner of Dominion Boulevard.
An outparcel that long sat dormant near the entrance of Innsbrook will soon be filled with new retail, according to sources at commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
A building that once housed a bank and later a gas station was recently demolished for construction of the Dominion Shoppes at Innsbrook, which will be located in front of the existing Innsbrook Shoppes along West Broad Street at its intersection with Dominion Boulevard.
The land, approximately 2.46 acres, will soon be home to 12,800 square feet of new retail. The center is 100% pre-leased and will include tenants Noodles & Company, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Whitley’s Peanut Factory, and American Family Care.
