Richmond named 7th most sinful city in America per capital in study of vices
We’re apparently a city of lust, vanity, and other “deadly sins.”
Richmond is one of the most sinful cities in America. That, according to a semi-bizarre study conducted by personal finance website WalletHub, at least.
In order to identify the darkest corners of America, researchers compared the 150 most populated U.S. cities across 27 key indicators of evil deeds. Our data set ranges from “violent crimes per capita” to “excessive drinking” to “potential cheaters” – based on the number of Ashley Madison accounts per capita (I kid you not, people study this stuff).
If you want a good laugh, check out the methodology section in general. You can find the full survey here.
