Mayor Levar Stoney will deliver the State of the City Address tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 23, 6 p.m. at MLK Middle School.
The speech is entitled "The Blueprint: Creating A Vision For Change" and will be delivered at Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School.
