Henrico County has developed a free mobile app to help residents and others in the community engage with the county’s government.
The new platform will include a companion app and replaces the city's See Click Fix platform for non-emergency constituent requests.
The new service will deliver text, email, and/or phone alerts to city residents and can be targeted by users' location in a variety of emergency situations.
