I’ll admit to being biased by a love of old advertising so I think this shirt is pretty darn cool. Here is the 1913 advertisement the shirt is based on. You can purchase the shirt here.

Who are the Friends of Fonticello Park?

The mission of the Friends of Fonticello Park is to honor the history of the park, while creating a safe, welcoming and nourishing outdoor space for our community and neighbors. Established in 2020, the Friends group is made up of neighbor volunteers who advocate for and collaborate to maintain and improve the park after years of neglect and deferred maintenance. The Friends of Fonticello Park is currently working under the fiscal sponsorship of Verdant Richmond.

Funds from the proceeds of this sale will directly to supporting the Friends of Fonticello park in achieving their mission. To make a direct donation, please visit our website.

We did a write up on Friends of Fonticello Park and the launch of their new website here.
