Another Day Another Street Survey this Time its Hull Street Streetscape & Manchester (not Mayo) Canal Bridge Replacement
An attempt to improve the look of part of Hull Street is in the works.

Proposed conceptual designs have been posted online for the Hull Street Streetscape & Manchester Canal Bridge Replacement Projects.
We need your input! Go to http://rva.gov/…/construction-projects-road-improvements & scroll down to review the proposed plans for the Hull Street Corridor Streetscape and the Hull Street over Manchester Canal Bridge Replacement Projects.
Please review the proposed conceptual designs and project information and give us your feedback using the survey links provided for each project. Your comments will help refine the proposed project designs before moving forward with the detailed designs.
Submit comments for EACH project on or before 5 pm May 12.

They show an example for every block between Commerce and the floodwall.
The description lists the Manchester Canal Bridge but the presentation and plans don’t address it at this point. The survey is not very detailed and only asks high-level questions such as “Do you support this project?” There are sections to add comments.
