All the Saints Halloween Parade is Back

After a break for something truly scary, the annual Oregon Hill tradition is back.

This year the theme is “World on Fire Halloween Parade: A Funeral March for Billionaires and Beyond!”

The parade will start at 7 PM on October 31st, at Laurel and Main streets across from the Altria Theater and will work its way through the Oregon Hill neighborhood.

Though this event is free to the public (as it has been for 16 years!) it takes lots of hard work and money to make this beloved Richmond event happen! Please consider donating to help create a sustainable parade and help pay the artists and puppeteers for all the time and energy they put into manifesting this event. You can make a donation here.

World-famous Bread and Puppet (those of the giant puppets) will be joining in the parade. Mars/hades puppet with rocket ships and billionaires, vultures, hawks, snake dragons (so many massive puppets), stilts, flags, Music, and the Richmond magic with all the Saints flair.
