We know you’ve been waiting to hear an updated on our plans for this year’s Dominion Energy Riverrock, and we’re ready to fill you in! We will be encouraging people to celebrate Richmond’s outdoor scene, and all the activities you can do to #RockTheOutdoors from May 14-16. Whether it’s heading out on a trail run, kayaking the James, doing a fitness class by the river, exploring Forest Hill Park with your pup, or finding hidden gems like the Manchester Climbing Wall – get out there! We are so lucky to have so many options for outdoor adventure, highlighted by the James River, surrounding trail network, and numerous parks, and we want to make sure you know all the ways to experience it.

While we won’t be holding an in-person festival in 2021, throughout the weekend of May 14-16, there will be several in-person events that you are able to register for including trail running, mountain biking, kayaking and SUP competitions, all in line with current COVID-19 guidelines. We’re also partnering with other local organizations who share our commitment to celebrating the outdoors and making it accessible to all. Check RiverrockRVA.com for in-person event schedules and other updates as we move closer to May 14-16. Celebrate Dominion Energy Riverrock weekend by getting outside and #RockTheOutdoors.

We do have some events open for registration with participant caps! Check out riverrockrva.com for more details!
