Nickel Bridge Closed on Saturday

It’s closed right now (Friday 9ish) due to snow but a preplanned closure is set to happen on Saturday.

The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority announces the complete closure of the Boulevard Bridge (VA 161) Westover Hills Blvd for bridge maintenance. The complete closure will occur on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 7:00AM to 3:00PM.

Motorists are reminded to pay attention to signage in the area and to use caution while traveling through the work zone. This work will be weather permitting.
