Alternative Pumpkin Spot and Unique Haunted House Experience
This Halloween will be like no other.
The neighborhood go-to pumpkin patch at Westover Hills United Methodist decided to cancel this year due to Covid-19. If you still want to pick up a pumpkin somewhere besides the grocery store but don’t want to risk heading out to county farm run pumpkin patches we’ve got the answer. Okay technically “we” don’t, please don’t show up to my house expecting pumpkins. Instead, drive over to Bon Air and hit up the Bon Air United Methodist Church at 1645 Buford Road. You can even swing by when nobody is working the patch just follow the instructions on payment because the Great Pumpkin will punish pumpkin thieves.
A tad bit more commercial but could be handy if you have little ones. Tommy’s Express Car Wash will be hosting a COVID safe Haunted Car Wash on October 23rd – 24th and October 30th – 31st from 6 – 10 PM. In the email they said it would be “terrifying” so judge the car wash haunted fear level of your child before going.
We’ll be posting other Halloween events as we find them. Send the details of any Halloween alternatives that you know about to richard@rvahub.com
