After much deliberation, a couple of beers, some lists, and a lot of talking, we have decided to pivot how Cardinal State works and are closing up shop here on Buford Road. Our last day open to the public will be Saturday, August 1st. The pandemic has given us a steady decline of foot traffic and keeping the doors open is not a sound or safe option.

After a MUCH NEEDED break, we will be returning to production and going into wholesale in September. We have a LOT of ideas, and this movement out of the shop is going to mean that our folks still have their jobs and the farms we work with can still work with us! Many announcements down the pipeline, and many more ways you’ll be able to get our goods.

With that, we had a BLAST at the shop, and it was an honor being able to serve Richmond and Bon Air.

Much Love,
Joshua, Mel, Adam, Matt, and Isabel
