Creep Harassing Cyclist

The following was posted on the RVA MTB Facebook Group and worth sharing:

Heads up South Side folk, there’s a white CRV harassing runners and bikers. He harassed my wife a few days ago around Reedy. (Pulled beside her and said something disturbing, freaked her out). Got a text from another rider that others have been harassed as well. Stay safe out there.

And a second incident from a different person.

This same white crv pulled up to our Carytown Bikes Saturday shop ride at 8:30am. Rolled down the window and asked the group “when you awoke this morning did you think you were going to die today” and then took off. An hour later the same CRV buzzed the group ride through a puddle at a high rate of speed splashing some riders.
This incident has been reported.
