Photos: Richmond Marathon
It was windy a little cold but that didn’t stop the runners. Here are a few of our favorite photos from this year’s race.

More than 19,000 folks took part in either the Richmond marathon, Markel Richmond Half Marathon or Allianz Partners 8K on Saturday. The cold temps and wind did little to dampen the enthusiasm of the runner or those that turned out to support them.
You can check out the results here: Richmond Marathon | Half Marathon | 8K and if you had a great time you’ll be happy to know that registration for next year’s VCU Health Richmond Marathon, is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020, is now open (although the website doesn’t seem to be working at the time of this post). There will be a special extra-low post-race-week-only $75 marathon/$65 half marathon entry fee available through Thursday, Nov. 21.
