Grabbing lunch at Garnett’s (2001 Park Ave) is one of those uniquely Richmond experiences. A tiny kitchen manages to produce a nice variety of excellent sandwiches. My favorite spot is at the counter where you can gaze lovingly at the cake and know that soon that pretty will be all yours.
