The Honorable Chris A. Hilbert, Councilman, Richmond City Council, Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District, will hold a meeting for the Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District. The planned agenda/special guests include:

  • Police Report – Officers/Staff, Richmond Police Department – Fourth Police Precinct
  • Richmond Public Schools Update – Ms. Kenya Gibson, Trustee, Richmond Public Schools Board of Trustees, Richmond Northside 3rd Voter District
  • RVA 311 Call Center Presentation – Mr. Peter Breil, Director, Richmond Department of Citizen Service and Response
