New Lions Blonde Stout Batch #2 Release – Three Notch’d RVA Collab House, Friday

“New Lions” Blonde Stout Batch #2
ABV: 6.7%
IBU: 25
Collab w/ New Lions Band (formally Clair Morgan)We heard you and we know you want more of this deliciousness. Coming at you with Batch #2 on Friday, January 18th, come get it fresh off of the taps!

Our 3rd annual collaboration with local band New Lions (formally Clair Morgan), a tribute to their 2016 album “New Lions and the Not-Good Night” which was listed in the top 50 albums that year in USA Today! New Lions is brewed to be somewhat deceptive–while light in color, its mouthfeel and flavors are similar to those of a stout. Rather than relying on dark grains for its bready, chocolate, coffee notes, we achieved this with the use of coffee beans, cocoa nibs and vanilla. Lactose is also used to contribute to its smooth, creamy body. We’ve used a different roaster each year for the coffee and this year we’ll be using a blend from Rostov’s Coffee & Teas. Don’t miss it! [Contains Lactose for Sweetness]

Foggy Mountain Breakdown brings you the classic combination of Citra and Mosaic, creating resonating notes of grapefruit, lemon, and tropical fruits that will get stuck in your head like a favorite old tune. Brimming with a reliably adored ensemble of hops, this Double IPA hits you with flavors that glow right from the glass.
