The Science Museum of Virginia will be host to RVA Makerfest 2018 this Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Around 90 local makers leading hands-on experiences and demos in the arts, robotics, space pod, glass-blowing, virtual reality, fashion, 3D printing, laser cutting, blacksmithing, sustainability, farming, science, technology, augmented reality, AI, pottery, catapults, soldering, jewelry, body care products, music and more. It doesn’t matter your age they’ll be something of interest for you to check out. It’s inspiring to see all the makers and perhaps will kickstart your own motivation to create.

Many of the makers will have items for sale so you can take your inspiration home.

The makers are scattered around the museum’s grounds so this map is crucial for making sure you don’t miss out on anyone.
